Allison Poole PT, MT, WHC is a women's health specialist with over two decades of experience as a pelvic health physical therapist and embodied therapeutic health coach. She supports women through perimenopause and menopause, using a holistic mind-body-spirit approach rooted in a deep understanding of female physiology. Allison offers tailored support to ease symptoms and promote overall health, helping women feel balanced, resilient, and well throughout midlife. Learn more about Allison.

As a Certified Sex & Intimacy Coach, Allie Andrews helps individuals and couples have better sex and feel happier and more secure in themselves and their relationships. She is passionate about helping people get to know and accept themselves sexually and emotionally, identify and move through their unique barriers to intimacy, and learn skills to be vulnerable and get more of what they need and desire. As a Somatica®-Certified Practitioner, Allie's approach combines talk-based coaching with experiential, body based practices for deeper integration.
