A women's health specialist with over two decades of experience as a pelvic health physical therapist and therapeutic health coach. She supports women through midlife, using a holistic mind-body-spirit approach rooted in a deep understanding of female physiology. Allison offers tailored support to ease symptoms and promote overall health, helping women feel balanced, resilient, and well throughout midlife. Allison works with clients both in person at her private practice, Koru Physical Therapy + Wellness, and virtually with individuals across the country.

A Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping individuals achieve long-term health by addressing the root causes of imbalances. With extensive experience in women’s health, including roles at Women to Women, Planned Parenthood, and the Age Management Center, she combines expertise with a personalized, judgment-free approach to healing. In addition to her clinical work, Allison teaches holistic health courses at the University of Southern Maine, sharing her dedication to empowering others with knowledge for lasting wellness.

Unlike other programs, this is guided by two trusted women’s health providers—Allison Gray, FNP, and Allison Poole, PT, MPT, WHC—offering a unique combination of functional medicine, therapeutic health coaching, –and a community of like-minded women to address ALL aspects of midlife health.

Participants often experience improved energy levels, better sleep, reduced stress, hormonal balance, weight management, and a clearer understanding of their health. While results vary, the program equips you with tools and strategies for strong foundation for health.

Labs are not included in the initial 3-month program. Our focus is first on foundational health—nutrition, movement, stress management, and lifestyle changes—as these often lead to significant improvements on their own. However, we do provide personalized supplement recommendations to support your specific needs.
If deeper insights are needed, optional lab work can be explored after the first three months to further refine your plan, and we can guide you in selecting the most relevant tests.

The group sessions provide education on key topics like hormonal balance, digestive health, and stress management while fostering connection and community with other participants.

While attendance is encouraged to get the most out of the program, recordings of the group calls will be available if you cannot attend live.
